Julian Douglas-Smith is one of Perth's most experienced, multi-award winning recording engineers - having worked continuously in the recording industry for over 40 years.


Starting in broadcasting and working at three of Perth's top rating commercial radio stations as a production engineer, Julian moved on to TVC post-production in 1988 at Tracks Studios in West Perth.


Since then, Julian has worked at and co-owned five other recording studios in Perth specialising in the production of radio and television commercials.  Always passionate about the latest developments in sound design, Julian prides himself on being able to bring a wealth of expertise to any job he tackles.
